Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy upon receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's processing times. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some payment processors may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay in their processing. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team with your order details and we will investigate the matter further.
